Very happy to see both Catherine and Nick outshone Ray in this one and as expected Sara was in the lead.

CgrGrl - you are really doing a great job with this thread.

Thanks!  It's actually pretty fun and interesting.  What I really like is if there is a scene I like, I'll end up watching it as many times as there are characters.  My favorite in The Two Mrs. Grissoms was when Nick and Sara were walking down the stairs.  They had the cutest dialog.

Nick's best line was saying "she seems to like me"---I laugh every time, he's saying that and means "ha ha ha, Grissom never liked me, but his mama sure does!"

That's one of my favorite Nick/Sara scenes ever. That, and the 'she really seems to like me though' scene, just really exemplifies their sibling-type relationship. Part rivals, part supportive. And, when Nick admits that Julia is 'really pretty', I chuckle. Even though he probably thinks Sara is also pretty, he (as a brother) would never tell her that. LOL
Great timing in both scenes. Great episode all around! And, boy, Sara really had to work hard in this one; she was on screen 3X more than usual. Loved it!
And, thanks for doing all the leg work, CgrCrl.  :)  Interesting stuff.

Both those scenes are among the best.  Sara and Nick really play off each other so well.  Don't think any scene they've ever done together was a bad one.

CgrGrl-everything I watch an episode now, I think about you and how hard it must be to try and keep track of how long everyone is on screen; especially when shots go back and forth.

Thanks for doing this; we all really appreciate it! Now, after every episode, I come here and look at the 'stats'. It's pretty interesting stuff!

Our real introduction to Morgan and her episode so almost the most time was logical.  Not one I found particularly interesting.

Do you think Brass may be cutting his time in LA--filming scenes for multiple episodes at one time so he doesn't have to travel as much?

Sort of.  In a recent interview he did with Shane on CSI Files he said he's taking episodes off because it's a way to save some money on the show - for financial reasons.  Of course it does allow him more time with his family in NYC but I'd prefer no Brass in the episode at all rather than 3 minutes of screen time.

He's not in the next episode at all.

Thank you, CgrGrl :) Brass would have been great in this one, too, with all of his dry humor :)

I'm a little bit surprised Morgan and a minute more than Hodges after all it was supposed to center around him and his mom.

Good job as usual.  You're really doing great with this and it is very interesting to see how they compare from episode to episode.
