Why is Nick single, I mean seriously...Hodges gets all the women. What??
Exactly!  In the real world, he'd be married with three kids AND a dog.  They don't even hint at an occasional woman in his life anymore.  As unreal as the Grissom/Sara relationship.  Somebody has to teach the writers at CSI about relationships!!! I think it would help the show to include an occasional reference about everyone's personal life.  It doesn't have to be intricate, but they DO have lives!!! And who doesn't talk about their personal life at work?????

c-j - That's how a lot of us feel.  They used to throw in a word or two about the back stories but now they seem to concentrate more on the angst of the relationships, especially GSR,  than the forensics and the ignore Nick and Greg who both ought to have homes and families by now.  Don't want anything like we had with DB and his family problems, but back to the 'once-in-a-while' facts about their lives outside the lab.

"New Detective Guy" is Crawford - he was a uniformed cop with hopes of being a detective back in Strip Maul.

I knew where he was from, I just forgot his name.  I'm too young for a senior moment so I'll chalk it up to the fact that I was more focused on Nick...oh wait, there was a scene without Nick.

This is the first episode that I realized that our Nicky is getting older...still as cute as ever but I finally noticed that he's getting 'life lines' and chubbier cheeks! Although, it could be the fact that we finally got a high digital TV in the bedroom :) LOL

I thought it was a good Nick episode. I am surprised by Brass's numbers as I thought he was in there more...good thing we have CgrGrl to track the minutes. Which, BTW, I love :)

Surprised that DB had so little time.  Thought he had a bit more than that.  Nice to see the the three left of the original team get the major share.  They do need to use Doc and Super more; also need to get Brass back into the swing.  He's just too often gone or not given enough screen time when he is there.  I wonder if there's a major Nick or Greg episode upcoming this season.  That would be nice.  So far there hasn't been much about what is coming up.

Episode 19 is supposed to be rather Nick-heavy.

Also it's great to see Sara, Nick and Greg topping the screentime for this one! Sadly, this can only mean we may have a DB/Finn/Morgan heavy episode coming up...

Thanks, CgrGrl! It's interesting to see how the numbers stack up. I always think someone has more minutes than what they actually end up having!

As Dy says - for example I would have thought Brass had more than that.  Really happy to see Nicky at the top of the heap.
